Strengthening the Organizations That Help Survivors Rebuild
BTTC works with social-service institutions to close the gap between emergency intervention and sustainable independence for single mothers and their children.
Aftercare Program Development
BTTC helps shelters, government agencies, nonprofits, and transitional housing providers design structured aftercare programs for single mothers rebuilding after domestic violence. Services may include stability planning, workforce readiness, education navigation, financial empowerment, emotional-intelligence development, and long-term participant support.

Trauma-Informed Consulting & Training
BTTC provides survivor-informed consultation and training to help staff better understand how trauma can affect communication, employment stability, trust, decision-making, and engagement with services. Organizations receive practical strategies for strengthening participant relationships, reducing service barriers, and delivering more responsive support.
Partnership Pilots & Program Support
BTTC partners with organizations to implement customized workshops, participant cohorts, and pilot programs. These partnerships help agencies test new aftercare solutions, document outcomes, identify service gaps, and build sustainable pathways from emergency safety to long-term independence
